To recommend the best value plans, we need to know how much you typically use your mobile phone. This will allow us to calculate the amount of each plan's included value that you will use every month and if you will incur any excess usage charges.

Included value is the $ amount of calls and messages that you can make every month as part of your normal monthly fee. If you exceed the included value, then you will incur additional charges for every call or message for the remainder of the billing month.

So, if you use your mobile phone a lot, then it makes sense to spend a bit more every month and get a plan that has more included value so that you don't incur excess charges.

Tip: if you already have a mobile phone, then you can look at your last bill to get an idea of your typical usage pattern.
