After several lengthy delays, Apple's BeatsX earphones are now available for order. Priced at $149.95, BeatsX are a neckband-style pair of in-ear wireless headphones with the same W1 chip found in AirPods.

The W1 chip allows the BeatsX earphones to instantly pair with any iPhone without the need for a manual setup process. After an initial pairing, BeatsX can simultaneously connect to any Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac that is signed into same iCloud account.

In terms of other tech specs, BeatsX last for about eight hours on a charge, recharge using a Lightning cable, and feature fast charging: five minutes of juicing should give you another two hours of playback time. BeatsX also include four size options, and removable secure-fit wingtips.

BeatsX are available in a choice of grey, black, blue, or black. At time of writing, BeatsX shipping times vary between one day and three weeks, depending on color.
