AT&T Customer Service Ranking & Reputation

J.D. Power's 2018 wireless customer care study puts AT&T at #2 (tied with Verizon) out of the four major U.S. carriers. They earned 804 points out of a possible 1,000, equating to 3 "power circles" and an "about average" classification.

It seems AT&T has some serious catching up to do to join T-Mobile and Verizon as "among the best" at customer service. Will the carrier's recent merger with Time Warner lead to some overhauls? We'll have to wait and see.
