What about the iPhone Duo?
Apple's first foldable opens for pre-order on Friday, October 16 and ships Friday, October 23, starting at $1,999 for 256GB and running to $3,199 for 2TB. Verizon has confirmed it will carry the Duo but has published no trade-in tiers, financing terms, or plan requirements for it. Visible has plans starting at $25 per month with priority data included, and US Mobile plans start at $22.50 per month.
Before you sign anything, run the numbers on the full 36 months. Verizon spreads the phone credit across a 36-month installment plan, which means $90 per month for three years, or $3,240 in plan costs alone. The same three years on Visible+ Pro (Visible's most expensive plan) costs $1,620. The $1,620 you save buys the phone outright with money left over, and you're not locked to a carrier to keep your credits.
