About Spectrum Mobile®

The Spectrum Mobile® option is only available to customers who have a subscription to a residential Spectrum Internet® service plan. If an internet subscription isn't maintained, an extra $10 will be charged monthly, and additional mobile service will not be able to be added.

About This Plan

Get unlimited nationwide talk and text on all your mobile service, 2,000 monthly minutes of free calling to Mexico and Canada, and free international texting from the US. Customers also get access to Spectrum Wi-Fi hotspots nationwide. Spectrum automatically connects your device to Spectrum Wi-Fi hotspots when they are available so you can use less 4G LTE data.

Choose between the following plan options based on how much data you want per mobile service, up to 20 mobile services. Spectrum Internet® required:

• Unlimited: No monthly data usage limits (reduced speeds after 30GB during times of congestion). This plan also has DVD-quality (480p) streaming. This plan includes mobile hotspot usage up to 5GB (speeds reduced after 5GB usage). One Unlimited mobile service is included with Spectrum Internet®. Pay $30/mo. per additional mobile service.
• Unlimited Plus: This plan option has no monthly data usage limits (reduced speeds after 50GB during times of congestion). Data on this plan streams at HD-quality (720p). Mobile hotspot usage is also included up to 10GB (speeds reduced after 10GB usage). The Unlimited Plus plan also includes roaming in over 215 countries for free (reduced speeds after 10GB of usage). Pay $40/mo. per additional mobile service.
• Unlimited Plus Premium: This plan option has no monthly data usage limits. Data on this plan streams at 4K UHD-quality. 50GB high-speed mobile hotspot usage is also included (speeds reduced after 50GB usage). The Unlimited Plus Premium plan also includes roaming in over 215 countries for free (reduced speeds after 20GB of usage). It also comes with FREE smartwatch data plan and up to $360 off on any new phone. Pay $50/mo. per additional mobile service.

Phone Options

Purchase a new device from Spectrum Mobile® with monthly device payments or at full price. Spectrum Mobile® provides a 0% payment option, which allows you to pay off your phone in monthly amounts. It is simply the full price of the phone divided into equal monthly payments. Customers activating a new mobile service on Unlimited Plus Premium can get up to $360 off on phone purchase.

Anytime Upgrade

Anytime Upgrade is available to Unlimited Plus and Unlimited Plus Premium customers, allowing them to get the latest phone up to four times in a 12-month period, with a trade-in required. A $35 upgrade fee applies every time they upgrade their phone using Anytime Upgrade. Customers must start a new device plan or pay in full and stay active on Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Plus Premium for two billing cycles. Subject to change; restrictions apply.

International Calling

Spectrum Mobile® includes international texting from the U.S and while abroad with 2,000 minutes of calling to Mexico and Canada per month with all of their mobile plans. Calls made after the specified allotment may be charged per minute. With Spectrum Mobile®, experience low and competitive roaming rates.

Spectrum Mobile® also offers a Global Day Pass for $5/day for 24 hours per mobile service in Canada and Mexico, and $10/day per mobile service for more than 190 countries.

For extra GB of high-speed data in Canada and Mexico, spend $5/day per mobile service for Global Pass Extra; and $10/day per mobile service for more than 190 countries.

International Roaming

Spectrum Mobile® subscribers of Unlimited Plus Plan enjoy FREE international data to over 215 countries (reduced speeds after 10GB data usage); Unlimited Plus Premium Plan includes international data to over 215 countries (reduced speeds after 20GB data usage). Other Spectrum Mobile® plans offer low international roaming rates. 

Speed Boost

Spectrum Speed Boost gives your mobile device faster speeds when connected to Spectrum Advanced Wi-Fi. It delivers faster downloads, smoother loading times, and seamless video chats while reducing buffering. (Note: Feature not available on certain iPhone models.)

Phone Balance Buyout

Switch to Spectrum Mobile® and port in 2 to 5 numbers from your previous carrier (account must be in good standing for 90+ days) and get up to $2500 via Visa® Reward Card. Network & Coverage

Spectrum Mobile® uses America’s largest and most reliable 4G LTE network. 5G service is available and requires a 5G compatible phone and 5G network connection in the area. Visit spectrum.com/mobile/5g for details. If there is no 5G network available or if your device is not compatible with the 5G network, the device will automatically revert to the 4G network.
