About This Plan

This Total STARTER plan includes:

• Unlimited data (reduced speeds in times of network congestion)
• 10GB mobile hotspot
• Calls to over 85 countries and Texts to more than 200 countries
• Roaming in Canada and Mexico
• Video streams at up to 480p

If you run out of data before the end of your service plan, you can add with the following rates:  

• 5GB data - for $10 (or can be bought for 1000 rewards points) 
• 15GB data - for $20 (or can be bought for 2000 rewards points)  

 Add-on data does not expire as long as you keep your service. Additional data will carry over and begin once your plan data is used. Data purchased as add-on can be used as a mobile hotspot. 

Auto-Refill

Get a 5% discount on your succeeding bills when you enroll in Auto-Refill available on select plans. You will receive your discounted bill 3 days before the monthly service ends. 

International Calling

This plan includes unlimited calls to 85+ destinations and text messaging to 200+ destinations. Unlimited international calls are available for up to 21 unique landline and mobile numbers in select destinations per month. Calls must be from the US, Puerto Rico, or select roaming countries.

International Roaming to Canada and Mexico is available to customers on the Total STARTER plan. Data roaming will be drawn from the 10GB roaming allowance.

Call anywhere in the world when you add-on the $10 Global Card, with rates from $0.01 per minute. Balance carries over to the next month of service.

Phone Options

Customers can purchase the latest new phones or bring their own phones to Total Wireless. Devices must be Verizon compatible or unlocked. Purchase a SIM kit or use an eSIM to activate. Most GSM or CDMA devices are compatible with the Total Wireless network.

Switch to Total Wireless using an eSIM to easily connect to their network without having a physical SIM card. Activate their network with an eSIM on compatible devices: Apple iPhone 15, iPhone 14, iPhone 13, iPhone 12, iPhone SE 3rd Gen and Samsung Galaxy S24 models.

Network & Coverage

Customers get access to nationwide coverage on the Verizon network with nationwide 5G speeds on all plans. A 5G compatible device is required.
