About This Plan

This Smartphone Plan provides 30 days of service, including talk, text, and 20GB data access. This plan also includes a mobile hotspot that will be drawn from your monthly data allowance, as well as international calls and text in Canada and Mexico. With Unlimited Carryover, unused minutes, texts, and data never expire as long as your service is active and in use within any six-month period. 

The following add-ons are also available with Tracfone's smartphone plans:

Phone Options

Tracfone allows you to bring compatible AT&T, T-Mobile or unlocked GSM phone when you join. Click here to check if your phone is compatible. 

Simply add a SIM card to your cart when choosing your plan online (Service Plans and SIM Kits are sold separately) or choose an eSIM to instantly connect to the Tracfone network without having a physical SIM card. Tracfone supports eSIM on compatible Apple devices: iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone SE 3rd Gen, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 models. 

Alternatively, you can purchase a new device from the Tracfone website.

International Calling

Tracfone International Neighbors service allows you to obtain up to three Mexican phone numbers at no additional cost, which your family and friends in those countries can dial to reach you at your Tracfone in the United States, without them paying for an international long-distance call. 

Otherwise, add a Global Calling Card for only $10 to call numbers in various countries for as low as 1¢ per minute. International long distance service is available to select destinations only, which are subject to change at any time. Calls must originate from the US and Puerto Rico only. No International Roaming is allowed, only for personal use. Calls are billed in one-minute increments. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Card benefits expire 180 days from last use or 30 days after your Service is suspended, whichever occurs first. Available online only.

Tracfone utilizes all 3 major mobile networks, delivering both CDMA & GSM technology and now with 5G nationwide coverage (requires a 5G-capable device). Actual availability, coverage and speed may vary.

Referral Program & Rewards

Join Tracfone’s reward program for free and receive points when you renew your service plan, play games, share on social media, and more. Enrolling in Auto-Refill gives you double the amount of points. Points can be redeemed for a free service plan or add-ons.

Customers can also get unique referral codes on the rewards program to share with up to 5 friends per month and get up to 7000 points towards a free month of service on an eligible plan.

Military Discount

Military retirees and veterans, US active duty, former or current Guard or reserve, as well as Gold Star family members, get 10% off each month on any $20/mo. unlimited talk & text plans or higher. Verification of military status required. More info can be found here.
