Viasat Internet Packages
Viasat Unleashed provides download speeds from 25 Mbps up to 100 Mbps in select areas. Enjoy unlimited data each month without data caps.
Viasat Unleashed and Viasat Unleashed Max plans each come with unlimited data. If at any time your data usage is trending to exceed the "typical usage" of Viasat Unleashed or Unleashed Max customers on our network, as applicable to your plan, you may have reduced priority during times of network congestion resulting in slower speeds. Typical usage represents the data usage of 70% of Viasat Unleashed or Viasat Unleashed Max customers on our network. Please visit www.viasat.com/legal to view Viasat’s Unlimited Data Policy for more details.
Satellite Connection
Satellite internet is provided using a dish or base station in conjunction with an internet modem. Speeds for satellite broadband depend on several factors, including line of sight to the orbiting satellite, modem configuration, conditions in external environments, condition of the inside wiring and equipment, network management, and many other factors. Satellite service can be disrupted in extreme weather conditions.
Installation
Professional installation is provided with all Viasat plans. A one-time installation fee up to $500 may apply in extenuating circumstances.
Modems / Bring Your Own Modem
Viasat plans include a modem for a monthly fee. Customers can also bring their own compatible modem to Viasat.
Features
- No data caps or excess usage fees
