Plan Details
Hughesnet Satellite Internet Packages
Hughesnet plans for standalone internet offer speeds up to 100 Mbps. Actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed. Hughesnet is located in all 48 contiguous states.
Satellite Connection
Satellite internet is provided using a dish or base station in conjunction with an internet modem. Speeds for satellite broadband depend on several factors, including line of sight to the orbiting satellite, modem configuration, conditions in external environments, condition of the inside wiring and equipment, network management, and many other factors. Satellite service can be disrupted in extreme weather conditions.
Installation
Hughesnet offers professional installation when you lease your equipment at no extra cost for a limited time.
What you get installed:
- Hughesnet indoor modem
- Hughesnet outdoor radio receiver and transmitter
- 125 feet of single or dual RG6 coaxial cable
- Compression connectors
- Ground block
- Indoor faceplate
Modems
Hughesnet provides customers with their high speed Wi-Fi 6 modem for a monthly fee.
Data Usage
Your priority data is refilled each month. Hughesnet now offers unlimited standard data with no hard data limits. If you exceed your monthly priority data, you can still enjoy unlimited data at standard speeds.
