T-Mobile unveils AI tool that cuts carrier switching time to 15 minutes

Verizon and AT&T customers can switch to T-Mobile with the carrier's new "15 Minutes to Better" process, completing the entire experience in the T-Life app.

T-Mobile has introduced innovative new measures to quicken the switching process with Switching Made Easy. Specifically, "15 Minutes to Better" is a simpler way for Verizon or AT&T customers to switch. Starting December 1, customers can complete their transition through the T-Life app in about 15 minutes, without even contacting a representative.

The system uses an AI Easy Switch tool that reviews your current plan and immediately recommends the most suitable T-Mobile option based on your current usage and budget. It calculates your potential yearly savings to help users make a more informed decision while switching.

Not only does this new method make switching carriers quick and easy, but you can also do it right on your phone. To switch, all you have to do is download the T-Life app, tap in your account information, and follow the AI-guided steps. T-Mobile's giving customers direct control over switching, while automation handles the complicated comparisons and transfer steps.
