Does Metro offer phone deals for existing customers?
Sometimes! Metro's best deals are typically reserved for new customers as an incentive to join—but existing customers can sometimes save a couple hundred bucks off the sticker price of a Metro phone when you add another line to your account.
Ready to switch to Metro?
Ready to make the switch to the all-new Metro by T-Mobile? Before you buy a new phone with Metro, make sure you're getting the best deal possible. Does Metro by T-Mobile offer 5G coverage?
Yes! Metro uses the same network as T-Mobile, which means it has the same 5G coverage as T-Mobile. Currently, Metro by T-Mobile covers about 40% of the country with 5G data speeds. All you need is a 5G-capable phone with a Metro plan to access 5G.
Metro Plan Deal: Unlimited for $25/month
You can get unlimited data with Metro for $25/month if you're a new customer switching over from a previous carrier. Along with the cheap unlimited data, you'll get access to T-Mobile's 5G network without having to pay anything extra. As far as cheap 5G access goes, this Metro unlimited deal is among the best.
One thing to note about the $25/month plan—it doesn't come with any hotspot data. To get Metro by T-Mobile hotspot data you'll need to spring for the $50 Unlimited plan (comes with 5GB of hotspot data), or the $60 Unlimited plan (comes with 15GB of hotspot data).
T-Mobile network carrier deals
Can't find the perfect deal through Metro? No worries! There are plenty of similar prepaid carriers that also operate on T-Mobile's robust nationwide network. That means you'll get the same coverage as you would through Metro, but possibly a better deal on that snazzy phone you've had your eye on.
